Myeongdong St. Coffee Shops

I went to a couple cafes tonight on Myeongdong walking street. Does the term "cafe hopping" exist? Anyway, after a few places, I thought that it would be fun to photograph some other coffee shops that I've been to recently.

So here's a rundown on the main places on Myeongdong walking street where you can buy a coffee.

Starting at City Hall...

Ediya.

Small (not much sitting space), mainly take out. Large national franchise. Drinks are ok, but nothing aside from the standard fare.

Dunkin Donuts.

Regular coffees, plus donuts (duh!) and some other cake-ish things. The atmosphere is something between a cafe and a fast food place. Lots of sitting room.

Cold Stone.

This place is nice. They also have icecream with toppings.

Ti-Amo.

This place also looks nice and they have icecream AND WAFFLES.

Lotteria.

They have coffee, but no atmosphere. A Korean version of McDonald's

Ile.

Coffee shop, bar (in evening) and restaurant. Here you can choose. Nice decorations.

McD.

An American version of Lotteria.

Cancun.

Nice decor. The style is like an adobe building in Mexico. They also serve food.

Angel-In-Us.

Another national cafe franchise. They have small cakes and a large selection of drinks. Lots of sitting space on the 2nd floor.

Baskin Robins.

Like an icecream version of McDonalds or Lotteria. But they do have coffee.

Lac Ville.

A sort of street stall but with more of a building. Anyway, you buy coffee from the window and take it away.

Bob's Pouch / Orange.

Two names. One shop. They have a small selection of standard coffees, plus they make ball sandwiches. Small but looks nice.

Del Freddo.

Coming soon (still under construction).

So if you're in Myeongdong and need to satisfy your cafeine addiction, here are a few easy places to get your hit.
