It also has other bit is pieces of the pig. Bits of liver. Bits of stomach. Bits of skin, ears, fat and probably everything else inside the pig. The one thing that it doesn't contain is regular meat (except for bits attached to the skin and fat).
This one doesn't come with many side dishes. Just the typical cabbage and raddish kimchis. It does come with some special condiments. Crushed seeds, tiny shrimps in brine, and pepper paste. These are for mixing in soup as you like.
You can also dip the pork bits in the shrimp and brine.
This restaurant has traditional heated floor sitting and western style table seating.
And the kitchen is open for all to see.
When I was a kid, i didn't like the smell of this food, but now, I am accustomed to it and i like the taste very much. And this restaurant is near my office so I can go there often. By the way, this place sells dandelion wine.
If you are near to KNU back entrance, I recommend this place.
